Refund policy

At ILLUMITREND, your satisfaction is our priority. If you're not completely happy with your purchase, we're here to help.

Eligibility for Returns

  • Items must be returned within 7 days of delivery.
  • Products must be unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging with all tags intact.
  • All products in our store are eligible for return — no exclusions.

How to Initiate a Return

  1. Email us at contactillumitrend@gmail.com or call 9746628760 within 7 days of receiving your order.
  2. Provide your order number, reason for return, and a photo of the product (if damaged or defective).
  3. Once your return request is approved, we will arrange a free pickup from your address. You do not need to ship the item yourself.

Refund Process

  • After we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method (UPI / GPay / PhonePe).
  • For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be issued as a bank transfer or UPI transfer. Please share your bank/UPI details when raising a return request.

Non-Refundable Situations

  • Items returned after 7 days of delivery.
  • Products that are used, damaged by the customer, or missing original packaging/tags.
  • Orders where the return request is raised without a valid reason.

Exchange Policy

If you'd like a different size or colour, please mention this when raising your return request and we'll do our best to accommodate an exchange subject to availability.
