Return Eligibility

We offer a 5-day return and replacement policy from the date of delivery.

Returns are accepted only if:

  • The product is damaged during delivery

  • The product is defective or not functioning properly

  • You receive the wrong item

To be eligible for a return or replacement, the item must:

  • Be in the same condition as received

  • Be unused and unwashed

  • Include all original packaging, accessories, manuals, and labels

  • Be accompanied by a valid order number or proof of purchase

Returns requested for reasons such as change of mind, dislike of the product, or ordering the wrong item by the customer are not eligible under our return policy.

Free Returns

If your return request is approved, Illumitrend.in will arrange the return pickup or provide a prepaid return shipping label at no cost to you.

You will not be charged any return shipping fee for eligible damaged, defective, or incorrect items.

Replacements

For eligible claims, we may offer a replacement product whenever possible. If a replacement is not available, a full refund will be issued.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.

If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days. The time required for the refund to appear in your account may vary depending on your bank, card issuer, UPI provider, or payment gateway.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Products returned after 5 days from delivery
