Shipping Destinations

We currently ship within India only.

Processing Time

  • Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation.
  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.
  • COD orders may require a confirmation call before processing.

Delivery Time

  • Standard delivery takes 5–7 business days from the date of dispatch.
  • Delivery times may vary based on your location, especially for remote or rural areas.

Shipping Charges

  • Shipping charges (if any) will be displayed at checkout before you confirm your order.

Order Tracking

  • Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via SMS or email.
  • You can use this tracking number on the courier partner's website to track your shipment.

Delays & Issues

  • We are not responsible for delays caused by courier partners, natural calamities, or government restrictions.
  • If your order is significantly delayed, please contact us at contactillumitrend@gmail.com or call 9746628760 and we will investigate promptly.

Damaged or Lost Shipments

  • If your package arrives damaged, please take photos immediately and contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
  • For lost shipments, we will raise a complaint with the courier and either reship or refund your order.

Cash on Delivery (COD)

  • COD is available across India.
  • Please ensure someone is available at the delivery address to accept and pay for the order.
  • Failed COD deliveries may result in the order being cancelled and the customer being restricted from future COD orders.
